About the Opportunity
Win-win Trade is seeking a strategic and innovative influencer-facing representative to join our team. Based in our headquarters, this role will play a crucial part in our Brand Marketing team. Responsibilities include:
- Developing and expanding our influencer program to drive brand awareness and value
- Managing influencer tours and creating engaging social content
- Staying updated on industry trends and leveraging insights to shape impactful strategies
- Nurturing partnerships and converting ad-hoc publishers into long-term media partners
- Analyzing and reporting on influencer and affiliate performance to identify areas for improvement
- Assisting with influencer-centric events, occasionally involving travel
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 4 years of experience in growing and managing influencer and affiliate programs
- Proficiency in building partnerships with diverse publishers
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and emerging trends
- Ability to foster internal relationships and establish long-term external partnerships
- Track record of creating compelling on-brand content to drive customer engagement
- Familiarity with affiliate management software and web analytics platforms
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets
- Experience managing large budgets and programs with numerous publishers
- Passion for fashion, resale, and ultra-luxury products/brands
